I was reading Billy Florence's Blog this afternoon (found at http://billyflorence.blogharbor.com/blog) and really liked the following quote from Fred Harteis:

Fred Harties says, "One of my favorite business quotes is by Alexander Graham Bell:"

"When one door closes another door opens; but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door, that we do not see the ones which open for us."

Fred Harteis is president of Harteis International and BizNet Productions.

(Actually this is a quote of Fred quoting from Bell, who I think was quoting from himself, if you can call it a quote when you yourself actually say it.  Anyway, I liked it.  And I like Fred Harteis and Billy Florence, too, for that matter, and I always listen when these guys talk.  And if Alexander Graham Bell were still around, I'm sure I'd listen to him, also!)
