My wife and I are both college graduates and we thought we were on the fast track to success,her in a nursing career and myself in business.  I've been self employed in south central Pennsylvania for over 25 years.  I was a partner at the Deer Lodge restaurant,built 22 residential developments and 5 commercial business parks,and owned 87 rental units both commercial and residential.
