I personally have had a lifetime to watch and learn from Fred Harteis.  Being his daughter gives me a great view of all around excellence.  I can see tht his desire to be the best is not just a 40-hour a week effort, he lives every second trying to make himslef better, to teach those around him what he had to learn the hard way.  He has dedicated his life to his business and persuit of excellence.  He is always thinking of the IBO's associated with his companies Harties International, Inc. and BizNet Productions.  He is thinking constantly about how to help them grow, what they need, what more he can do, how to improve himself to help others.  To see how someone can come from so little and build a life for his family that we cannot even believe is real, to me is just amazing.  The goal at the end of the day is give back to those around us.  Whether is be in the community, church, family or business - Fred and Linda Harteis are making a  positive impact on peoples lives around the world simply by living the example, the truth of what has worked for them.  I have seen few who can encourage, love and want to help so many people achieve personal growth, financial growth and spiritual growth in such a selfless fashion.

I often ask God why he would let me be placed in this famliy to have a Mom and Dad to raise me right and love me so much, to have a sister and brother who want nothing for the best for me and love me no matter what.  I have been told, don't ask why - just use your blessings to help others.  I have had great examples of how to live your life for others and I only hope I can do the same.
